There's a lot to dig into with this theme!
First of all are fantastical settings, or settings with fantastical elements. Whether you're just visiting a fantasy world with magic and dragons and the sixty-nine itself is entirely mundane, or you're taking advantage of the setting to bring a little extra magic into the act, fantasy worlds can make a great setting! Explore the worldbuilding a little bit and find out why this is the most popular sexual position in a given universe, or the magical benefits of mutual oral.
Or maybe one of your characters is fantasizing about another one (or more)?
