Last night, around 11:30, I started cramping really badly. It felt like really intense menstrual cramps, with the addition of it being extremely painful when I moved. They got less intense as the night went on, but I still woke up with mild cramping. There was no bleeding and I've felt the little one moving all day, so I'm fairly certain he's ok.

I'm happy to have something in common with the most of you who are having babies in the next few months. I get easily jealous though of those who are due RIGHT NOW as I am way to excited (and exhausted from being pregnant) to see my child. But it's different when you're due within 3 months as opposed to 6 to 8 months. So, yeah, what a cool way to celebrate the pains and aches with those who really understand how it feels.

I have one question though...
My fiance asked the technician tonight if everything looked alright and she said she's not allowed to tell because that's up to the doctor. Is that normal? Should I be alarmed by that answer??

Had another ultrasound today and as it turns out my "he" is a she!!!! Hee he hee. Yup, I guess 13 weeks was too early to tell after all. But I'm still due August 1, but now I'm on the pink team and we will be naming her Claudia Emily. :-)

Just to add, I've been married to Nick for 3 years and we also have a 4 year old son named Hunter. We lost our son David in August due to what was diagnosed as incompetent cervix and I've been on bedrest since 23 weeks this pregnancy!
