I'm a true desert rat, born and raised. I adore this desert and the mountains that surround it. I'm an educator, an artist (photographer and sometimes other media), a dancer, and many other things. I've studied, performed, and sometimes taught belly dance for over 16 years, I’ve also practiced yoga (Hatha, with shades of both Ashtanga and Iyengar and some Bikram) for over 12 years. In my "other" life, I am an instructional designer/developer and have an MA in Educational Technology (from Pepperdine University ). Finally, I'm the companion, trainer, and student of the sweetest and cleverest Border Collie EVER.
