Lietuvos Bankas outage - SEPA / SEPA INST transfers affected
Due to an outage at our service provider Lietuvos Bankas, clients might run into service degradation when sending urgent and non-urgent EUR transfers. We are waiting for Lietuvos Bankas to resolve this issue.
Central Bank SEPA instant maintenance
Dear customers, Today the Central Bank is going to perform maintenance of SEPA instant infrastructure and connectivity. The window will start 17 May 2026, from 01:30 to 02:30 / 03:00 EEST (planned downtime ~60–90 min). During this window SEPA instant operations will not be processed. This work is necessary to ensure the continued security and stability of our banking services.
Paysera payment cards - issues with confirming transactions with 2 Factor Authentication (2FA)
Good day, we have identified an issue that affects users that currently possess Paysera digital or physical payment cards. Users might run into issue, when creating a transaction requiring two step confirmation, namely authorization of the transfer via Paysera Super App, might run into issues with confirming such transactions. We are working on resolving this issue.
SEPA Instant Transfer Delays Following External System Disruption
Please be advised that due to a temporary technical disruption at the CENTROlink system during the night, some SEPA Instant transfers were delayed. All systems are currently operating normally, any payments that were stuck during the disruption window approximately 03:00 to 05:40 EET will be processed during the day.

Internal transfer disruptions
Some outgoing or incoming internal transfers may be delayed. All funds remain secure, and transactions will automatically be completed once normal processing resumes. We are treating this matter with urgency and will provide updates as soon as possible.
Network maintenance
During the maintenance window, Visa payment card services may experience intermittent connectivity, temporary failures, or delayed processing. The expected duration is up to 45 minutes.

We have spotted that when using functionality tied to currency exchange - such as currency conversions, automatic conversions of transfers, merchant Checkout payment crediting conversion and other related services, clients might run into issues. Please note that we are aware of the issue and are actively working to resolve it.

We have identified an issue where clients might not be able access the bank webpage or make internal or external transfers. We are investigating the issue.

Please note that we have encountered an issue regarding delayed transfer crediting. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

We have identified an issue that due to likely temporary outages from the payment service provider, clients who try to pay using SEB payment method will likely experience payment failures.
