Turtles or tortoises were reptiles covered in shells that they could withdraw their heads into. Clone troopers would draw graffiti on their All Terrain Tactical Enforcers depicting the vehicle as a turtle.[1] The aggressive under ground turtle could be found on the moon Olgothon 3.[2]
Behind the scenes
According to the special features on season four of The Clone Wars, the Nautolans on Glee Anselm would have been depicted as living on the backs of giant turtles in season two's "Children of the Force."
