Usage instructions
Paste the following code into the top of an article, filling all known fields:

The "listedpronouns" field of the infobox will only be filled if the individual in question has publicly self-identified their pronouns and a valid source is provided.
The "website" field of the infobox must be formatted as a shortened url, like this: example.com. However, if the website as a name, such as John Jackson Miller's website "Faraday Press", then the field must be formatted like this: Faraway Press. If the name of the website is the same name as the entity which is the subject of the article, revert to using a shortened url.
