Snap shot

Poe Dameron takes a snap shot at a First Order TIE fighter in his T-70 X-wing.

A snap shot was when a pilot fired without properly targeting an enemy craft as it passed in front of a starfighter's weapons. Some pilots, such as Poe Dameron, were skilled at successfully scoring hits on enemy craft with snap shots.
