The Quintad,[1] also known as the Eriadu High Council,[2] the High Council, or as the Ruling Council, was a council made up of the five ruling families of the planet Eriadu, with one being the Tarkin family. The Quintad met within the Seswenna Hall in Eriadu City. In order for a non-Eriaduan to address the council, they had to be recognised by at least two members of the Quintad. After the Nihil pirates Occlusion Zone swallowed up Eriadu during the High Republic Era, the Quintad met.[1]
