Plexis was a relatively small planet[2] located in the Plexis system in the Core Worlds region of the galaxy.[1] During the Age of the Empire, it housed a number of spice gangs, all of which were under the authority of the Zenowai Crime Society via an overseer named Shoja Ko.[2] Telgordo Travel ran travel services from Coruscant to Plexis, Hosnian Prime, and Eufornis Major from the Coruscant Eastern Spaceport.[3]
By 3 ABY,[4] a viper probe droid designated Viper 071-V-8852 had been sent to Plexis where it undertook an eight week mission to observe the spaceport and recorded any activity of spice or weapons smuggling.[5]
