Jerky was a type of food made from the dried and salted[5] meat of various creatures, including mollusks,[4] banthas,[6] Ewoks[1] and nunas.[3] Mollusk jerky was considered a delicacy on the Inner Rim planet Pijal.[4] Nuna Turkey Jerky[3] and Pitmaster's Choice could be found on the Outer Rim Territories planet Batuu.[7] On the planet Abafar, Ewok Jerky was served in the diner Power Sliders.[1] Wyrg-jerky could be found on Akiva, an Outer Rim world.[2]
