Goji[4] was a clone trooper pilot who served in the Republic Navy during the Clone Wars. At the Battle of Malastare, they flew a Y-wing starfighter and was responsible for deploying the electro-proton bomb, an experimental weapon that secured the Republic's victory.[2]
Goji had standard Phase I clone pilot armor that was customized to depict a green creature with yellow eyes.[2]
Behind the scenes
Goji's name is a tribute to the Japanese name Gojira (ゴジラ), known in English as Godzilla. His armor is also a reference to the famous character.[5]
