Galactic Coordinates,[2] also known as the Coruscant coordinates system,[3] was a coordinate system for used in the galaxy which identified every location in there with a set of three numbers. For example, one Rebel Alliance pilot once spotted the Death Star at coordinates -340.11, -79.72, 1.06.[4] By convention, the system was centered not on the actual galactic center, but rather on the planet Coruscant, which was dignified with the coordinates 0,0,0.[5] The coordinates of Batuu were -401.72, -561.84, 004.32.[2] Two of the planet Bespin's coordinates were -94.93 and -853.25.[6]
