- "I gave her a datachip to deliver to Happy. He promised you would aid us. We're paying him in information."
- ―Tam Bastion, to the Smuggler
A datachip, also called a data chip, was a device used for storing data.[1] At some point, a Jedi hid a number of datachips on the planet Lenahra. Long afterward, Padawan Obi-Wan Kenobi found the datachips.[2] During the Cold War, Lor San Tekka was in possession of a data chip that contained part of a map to the location of the self-exiled Jedi Master Luke Skywalker.[3]
