    Akira[2] was a village on Felucia that grew and harvested nysillin during the Clone Wars. Casiss Midagatis served as the village's elder. He hired four expensive bounty hunters; Sugi, Embo, Rumi Paramita and Seripas to defend the village from the pirates of the Ohnaka Gang. After their T-6 shuttle crashed on Felucia's surface, Midagatis convinced the Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano to join their cause. The Felucian villagers, alongside the Jedi and the bounty hunters worked togehter to drive Ohnaka's pirates off of Felucia.[1]


    Behind the scenes

    Akira first appeared in the seventeenth episode of Season Two of Star Wars: The Clone Wars titled "Bounty Hunters", that first aired in early 2010. It shares it's name with[1] Japanese director Akira Kurosawa to which the episode is dedicated.[3]
