that puts me over 1000 for the day. FUUUUCK.
no possible way to exercise tonight, either.
why did she get me a medium? because i didnt eat supper and she thought i would want it. the thought is appreciated but she doesnt understand how much i NEED to lose this weight.
i hate the stupid coupons sitting only inches away. they are screming FREE FOOD OF COURSE YOU NEED IT. Sadly, its all junk. So i cant.

stress has grreat effects on me.
all i've had today was a bit of kashi heart to heart cereal...and lotsa water. and im really not hungry because i about made myself sick last night from all the cookies and shit i ate. but i felt ok having that binge because for the past week ive been doing really well.

Who knew cleaning..just the closet to boot, could be such a time consuming activity? =x I've been at it pretty much all day and am just now finishing up (sun's setting now). Still got loads to do..polish furniture, reorganize shelf..find out where the heck my camera disappeared too, then settle down and pick out my classes for next fall semester. =]
Was hoping to not consume anything the rest of the day. (I had half a banana and a slice of lite wheat bread in the morning-ish)But I got kinda weak and shaky halfway through my closet cleaning. So I caved and had a bowl of cereal to up my energy a bit. ._. Still under 300 for the day..so not bad I spose. Even so..
All in all this is a pretty pointless post I spose. ^^; Oh well, at least my room is finally clean. <3 Hope you girls had a great day. xo
So I can't go to the gym where I usually run for an hour or so for 2 weeks!. I'm an idiot and was limping from running so much and I kept going anyways..and now I can't walk at all and my doctor said I can't go for 2 weeks. Does anyone know any exercises not involving harsh foot use that will still burn calories/work me out? I'm back up to 100 pounds now :(
