1) Which is better; Sorbitol, Aspartame, or Sucrulose?
2) My thighs are definately my biggest problem area (next to my tummy), so I want to tone them up a little... So does anyone have any exercises that'll help me tone up my inner thighs or just make them slim down or less, I dunno less smooshy? That's not the right word, but ya'll know what I'm talking about, ya? I've got a ski machine, but I've already got some semi-bulky muscle about halfway down the back of my thigh, so I've been kindof afraid to use it too much. Besides that I have a pretty limited amount of space to work with... I'm desperate :P
3) So I remember a couple of years back there was this huge controversy about models having one or two ribs removed to make themselves look thinner... I'm assuming that's reffering to the lowest ribs, but does anybody know? Wouldn't that make your organs a whole lot more suseptable to, well anything?
