Sourced from high-elevation growing regions in Huila and Cauca, this blend combines washed and natural coffees, including Pink Bourbon, sourced from some of Colombia’s most celebrated varieties. Decaffeinated using the natural Sugar Cane process, the coffee retains sweetness, texture, and aromatic complexity while delivering a clean, satisfying finish.
Klatch Coffee: Kenya Wang’era AA

For Klatch Coffee Founder, Roastmaster, and Green Buyer Mike Perry, Kenyan coffee isn’t just a favorite, it’s a passion. He brings home three pounds of Kenyan coffee every week for personal use, and is constantly searching for exceptional lots that showcase the origin’s remarkable character. If you’re looking for the coffee Mike brews for himself time and time again, Kenya Wang’era AA is it. A bright, refreshing cup with balanced, tea-like aroma.
Onyx Coffee Lab: Colombia Juan Jimenez Gesha

Juan is a second-generation farmer who has been cultivating coffee for over 40 years on his 16-hectare farm, El Porvenir, in Palestina, Huila. His expertise and early investment in the Pink Bourbon cultivar have earned him recognition and awards within the specialty coffee community, so we are excited to continue working alongside Juan to roast this small batch of his Gesha variety.
Partners Coffee: Burundi – Gahahe

Our final Burundian coffee of the season comes from Gahahe, a fantastic washing station in the red clay hills of Kayanza Province. This fully washed lot is an excellent rendering of flavors we’ve come to love in East Africa. Look for a warm and complex cup with immaculate clarity and layered sweetness; we taste cranberry, golden raisin, dried fig, honey, brown sugar, orange peel, and lovely, subtle florals.
