40-something electrical engineer living in Wichita Kansas. Married with two daughters, born in 2010 and 2013. We also have a dog and some ferrets. I work in the aviation industry. I have a private pilot's license that I don't use anymore. I guess the same could be said for my masters in electrical engineering, since I went from systems integration to aftermarket support to management.
I write about my life, family, books, leadership and career stuff, the midwest, where I'm going, where I've been. I've been on livejournal for a very very long time and have no need to look elsewhere for my journaling needs, no matter how uncool this place is. It's cool enough for me.
