NGC 890, also known as UGC 1823 or PGC 8997, is a lenticular galaxy located approximately 180 million light-years away in the constellation Triangulum. It has a diameter of about 130,000 light-years and was discovered in 9/13/1784 by astronomer William Herschel.[1]
