Looking for something to do tonight? Nightlygigs.com is running their weekly Rock Band night at Stadium, in Quincy Center, at 1495 Hancock Street, starting at 8:30pm and running until 1am. There's 1200+ songs available to play in Rock Band, on Stadium's state of the art sound system and 8+foot HD projector system! They'll also have TWO Nintendo Wii systems up and running playing a variety of games, as well as an XBox 360 for other games.
The snow isn't keeping us in, it shouldn't keep you in either. Come out and play!
I'm running a weekly game night at Cagney's, on Washington Street, just outside of Quincy Center! See below for more details!
These nights happen every Friday, and we WILL be there on January 16th, 2009!

Weekly Game Nights (21+)
Games are a great ice-breaker when meeting new people. i-Vie Entertainment runs weekly game nights at some of the best bars throughout Greater Boston. During i-Vie Game Night, these places are transformed into the ultimate game party where anything can happen…
A typical i-Vie Game Night includes:
> Rock Band 2, Nintendo Wii & more
> Classic board games
> Random prizes and giveaways
> No cover charge, free to play
i-Vie Game Nights are geared toward adult casual gamers, but these events are fun for everyone from the button-mashing novice to the hardcore competitor. No entry fee, no pressure to be the best. Just something fun to do while you’re out on the town!
my partner Jess had a laprascopic gastric bypass almost 3 months ago, and didn't really tolerate protein powder well post-surgery. She's found something that works (Trader Joe's soy vanilla in a frozen fruit smoothie), which is great. The downside is that we have a TON of leftover protein powder and shakes from our trial and error experience. So, I'm offering it up to the LJ universe, and folks here have first dibs. If possible, I'd prefer not to ship this stuff, so if you have local friends who might be interested, please send them my way...we definitely have a lot of Smart for Me shakes (probably about 4 cases) in chocolate and vanilla, some Myloplex shapes, Carnation Instant Breakfast, Unjury, etc. So, if you want some, or know someone who does, please comment here, or email me.
I'm moving to DC *tear* and I'm having a yard sale this weekend - I have really good deals and NICE stuff (not crap!) that I just don't have room for! I priced almost everything at $1 because I just want to get rid of it! Swing by this weekend! :)

Can anyone recommend an effective Realtor in the Braintree area? It would be preferable if this person would have experience in selling condo units fast in the market we have right now. Thanks.
