Woke up with my back and legs hurting. Ate a little even though I wasn’t hungry and couldn’t finish my meal cause I just felt nauseous and yucky. Took an ibuprofen with my morning meds and now back in bed to rest more. Might do some simple knitting or just straight up go back to sleep, idk

Pupils were still slightly off when I woke up and I felt very blah, but the headache is over with. Super fucking tired though, so I’m preparing to go back to sleep now that I’ve completed my errands for the day.
No fucking clue what brought it on, it’s the worst migraine I’ve ever had in my life

Update 2:38am:
Ok so it didn’t take away my pain entirely but it did relieve a lot of it. Still feel dizzy, sensitive to light, general headachiness, and if I stand up the pain spikes around the parietal lobe. I think my pupils are still a little fucky too. Not nauseous anymore tho
No fucking clue what could have cause such an intense migraine to come on, especially when I haven’t had one for months, but oh well
