hi, I just joined your community... er... because i play solar... and i LJ... so. yay?
anyway, this is mary lee herrington, i play Fina (if any of you know her). If you don't know her, you have maybe seen her in clanthia. she is the only findari female around (that i know of). I was at this past all hallows gather, and maybe had the best time of my solar life (except maybe for the everhate one-shot last year).
The time for gatherings is soon to be here once again. After the last year, we all went through many changes, both inside and out. In many ways i lost touch with what should have mattered most... the people, the family, the bonds, the fun.
i need to get back to that, to take care of what matters, preserve & enhance the wonder of living in this place.
but yes, it has happened. Mad Maudlin is going to try to go to Clanthia.

He has interrupted my life on more than one occasion. He tried to kidnap my sister, and then used both she and I in a Formal magic ritual dealing something with a Greater Ghost. Then he randomly shows up to mock us ... We thought he may be Gaudin's son, possibly with our mother before us ... but that has all but been disproved. Instead I am beginning to think he's somehow related on the other side of the family ...

God, you know you've been playing SOLAR to long when...
You have a ward around your room. You have a Purple Tentacore Guadarian with a ward key phys rep. You clean out your purse and find three spell packets. (done that myself) The power goes out and instead of asking 'Where's a flashligh?' You ask for your light phys rep. You have to explain to the old lady behind the counter at Hancocks that you're turning your friends into three gnomes and a giant rodent scavenger. You accidentally go to class after an event wearing your ears. You have actually been quoted saying spell verbals in your sleep. You accidentally signed your charecter's name on some sort of document.
