And now I'm off to vote on those who need votes!

Stamped the couple of people who have been waiting a long-ass time for their stamps.

For everyone else, I glanced through, and it's pretty much the same people doing the rating, and I don't think I really saw anyone else with a majority of votes. So once again:

-if you're waiting for a stamp, please link me here to three other people you have rated or I will not stamp you. Do this within a week or I'm dropping the "needs stamp" tag from your applications to help clean things up and make my life easier.
-if you have rated three people, I'll leave your application up until it gets at least two votes for the same character and/or a majority for one person, unless you just let me know you don't mind having two stamps or only a couple of votes.
-if you're waiting for me to make a stamp and I've forgotten to do it, or I've just somehow missed you altogether, please let me know.

There's still an entry from awhile back that needs a stamp. here's a list of all the entries that haven't been stamped. Since I'm having trouble getting participation, I'm not gonna stamp anyone waiting for a stamp unless they've rated at least three other people. Sucky, but it's also fair that if you want to get rated you also rate other people. Since I've got time right now, I'll also be rating all the unstamped entries that I haven't already.
