I'm looking to hire some help.

Have you heard the proverb "Cheap things are not good; good things are not cheap?" It means, if you want anything of value, you'll have to be prepared to pay at least equal to what it is worth. This boat, while still functional requires much tuning to reach my desired specifications. It was cheap, but to get it fully working... well, that's another story.
I just need a couple of people who are good with basic mechanical work who can take direction. You'll be recompensed for your time and effort. Please let me know if you are interested.

Let's start with just one for now. Have you ever heard the phrase "Without rice, even the cleverest housewife cannot cook?" It means that even if you have the skilled people necessary to get the job done, if you don't have the raw materials then it can't happen. But also, it means that even the cleverest of people have their own limitations.
