Small Wonders Magazine publishes original and reprint flash fiction and narrative poetry, all tinged with the wonder of other worlds both science fictional and fantastic. Stories and poems arrive three weeks of every month.
Staff
Cislyn Smith (co-editor in chief) is a writer and Rhysling-nominated poet whose works have appeared in Strange Horizons, Flash Fiction Online, The Deadlands, and many other magazines. She’s the operations manager at Dream Foundry, and has helped to put on every Flights of Foundry online interdisciplinary convention for speculative creators.
Stephen Granade (the other co-editor in chief) is a writer and XYZZY-awarded game designer whose works have appeared in Escape Pod, Baffling Magazine, and the late, lamented sub-Q. They direct the Science Track for Dragon Con and organized the Interactive Fiction Competition for fifteen years.
Grace Choi (art director) is a Chinese Canadian illustrator. Her thesis in art is to bring sincere moments to life from present and past. Moments loud and quiet; from the roar and decadent chaos of a debutante ball to the quiet days waiting for the coffee to brew. Previously, Grace has illustrated for the game studio Flinthook, as well as for the local historical street in her hometown.
