Eeee finally starting my wedding dress pattern mocks! I bought this gorgeous silk in Florence last year and I’m so excited to finally start on the cape part of my wedding dress 🥰

Eeeee I finally cut the cape bit on the good fabric and it’s SO pretty! Very happy with how the bottom came out. Now to see if the capelet will still fit since I cut it on the bias and the pattern shifted a lot from the original oops. My first time working with bias cut stuff so it’s a big learning curve

While our courthouse wedding is only in a couple weeks, I’ve been trying to find the time amidst all of life’s chaos lately to work on my wedding dress for our actual wedding ceremony next year!

I’ve never really embroidered much so it’s definitely been a learning challenge. But I’m finally to beading and I’m very happy doing so. It’s so meditative!

Well in response to this tag, I actually fell in love with my irl (good) Anakin right after the field shoot, and he proposed to me at the Villa last year! We are getting married in two weeks!

In the past 24 hours my mom’s medical tests revealed she has extreme heart blockage and will probably need a stint or bypass surgery asap and today my brother’s house got caught up in a wild fire and is most likely gone.

Who has placed a hex on my family and how do I stop it 😭

By some miracle my brother’s house survived the fire! The fire brigade was two houses from his so while all the other houses in his neighborhood are gone, his managed to survive. Feeling so grateful 😭🙏🏼

Mom had to make a trip to the ER but thankfully they were able to put a stent in her heart while she’s here so very thankful for everything as of late 🙏🏼🙏🏼
