little did murderbot know that mensah (also a regular but chill and nice) is also coming to this meal but is a few minutes late, and without discussing they both decide to tell her that he ordered Blinding Stew on purpose, gurathin so he doesn't have to explain that yes he provoked it and mb so it doesn't have to explain that yes it secretly made someone eat Blinding Stew
mensah's on the fence about believing this coverup because okay yes gurathin would absolutely order Blinding Stew out of morbid curiosity and/or to prove a point, this is a man who would stand stock still as leopards ate his face and swear up and down "yes this is exactly what I wanted and envisioned," but also Murderbot The Waiter looks just a little too pleased about the whole thing
