2026-2027 Athletic registration (Opens July 1, 2026)

Fall Sports (2026)

• • • Registration Opens July 1, 2026

    • To be fully cleared, student-athletes will need a SportsNet packet, Physical, and concussion test (concussion testing for Fall Sports: Football, Girls Flag Football, and Volleyball)

       • • • Make sure to enter all information and click submit at the end 

    2. Sports Physical (Dated June 1, 2026 or later) (Click here for a form to download)

    3. Concussion (Winter Sports: Basketball, Soccer, & Wrestling)

       • • Baseline Test (good for 2 years)

         • Concussion Education (needs to be completed every school year)

Concussion Testing and Education 

• FALL 2026 CONCUSSION TESTING WILL TAKE PLACE END OF JULY/BEGINNING OF AUGUST. WILL POST DATES END OF JULY.
