I live in Minnesota, so it's funny to hear people in places like California complaining about the cold. What temperature is too cold for you?

I'm quite particular about the weather, if I'm honest. I don't like temperatures above 23, or below ten, and yes, I can tell the difference. I'll bitch when it's too cold, too dry, too hot, or too humid for my liking, which is pretty often.
I also really hate it when it's colder indoors than it is, out.
