So I kind of love Joss Whedon and Dollhouse. A LOT. And I really like the musical direction with it. The songs that are used for the series tend to be a little sparse and haunting, mostly piano based. I'm not sure who the musical director is on the show, but they are fantastic, especially being consistent with style! I don't how they do it, but all the songs not only sound like they're written for the show, but they sound like they're by the same artist. And they're not. The best examples of this would be "Lonely Ghost" by O+S used in the episode "Needs" from the first season and the song "The World" by Earlimart used in the first episode to the second season, "Vows." If you told me these were by the same artist, I wouldn't even hesitate to believe you. I even went so far as to see if there are any member overlap and none. It's crazy. Listen for yourself.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9co…I mean you have the startings of a complete album here that would feel consistent. Whoever oversees the music and finds theses songs again is FANTASTIC and I LOVE THEM. They're brilliant.
