William II of England (c.1056–2 August 1100) was King of England from 1087 to his death.

He was the second son of William the Conqueror and Matilda of Flanders.[1] He was a harsh ruler and not very liked. He did not have a wife or any children.
He died in the New Forest when he was shot by an arrow while he was hunting with his brother-in-law, Walter Tirel (Tryyel), and other friends.[1]
