Hark Bohm
German actor, screenwriter, film director, playwright and former professor for cinema studies
Hark Bohm (de; 18 May 1939 – 14 November 2025) was a German actor, screenwriter, movie director, playwright, novelist, and professor. He was born in Hamburg, Germany. He was known for working with Rainer Werner Fassbinder on many projects. In 2025, Bohm and Fatih Akin released the coming of age movie Amrum and the movie was put forward as Germany's entry for the Academy Award for Best International Feature Film.[1]
