Well this is a community for Shouters!! Those who want to Shout Out and make a Difference!!! It was previously started because of that fabulous ROCK band, The Moffatts! Now that the band's future is on hold we have become a tight unit and have decided to stick together and still SHOUT OUT for what we believe in!!!
