Ordering
Because all items are custom-made (Make-to-Order), any changes or cancellations must be approved by our production team and may take 3-5 hours.
Changes such as:
- Removing items
- Address changes
- Cancel my order
- Shipping Option
Note: Due to credit card pre-authorization, neither items nor quantities cannot be added. Please place a new order for additional items.
Note: Shipping option upgrades will require quote approval.
Business Hours: M - Th, 7:30a - 5:30p, F 7:30a - 5:00p Central Standard Time.
While we strive to maintain essential inventory, some items may be temporarily out of stock. Occasionally, system limitations may cause out-of-stock items to still appear available. If this happens you will be notified via email with an updated shipping timeline.
If part of your order is unavailable, you will have the option to (1) Hold Entire Order until all item(s) are available and Ship Complete or (2) Remove unavailable item(s) and ship the rest. We do not Ship Partial due to credit card pre-authorization
We will never hold an order longer than 2 weeks (10 business days). After this period, our team will contact you to confirm how you'd like to proceed.
.If you do not know your Order Number, click on "Order History" and then click on the Order Number you wish to track or review.
If your order has shipped, you will have received an e-mail confirming shipment with a link for tracking that can be used to quickly track your package.
Choose a return reason and include this slip with the item in your package by the shipper of your choice. Within 10 days of receipt of your return our staff will issue a credit for the products.
If an item is deemed non-returnable, we will contact you directly.
Please contact customer service before returning orders larger than $250.00.

If you are returning a gift, you must return the gift with the order# or packing slip in order to return the package.

Please note:Personalized or customized items may not be returned unless they are found defective.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order directly on the web site and return the original product for a refund.
Freight will be credited to your account for defective products only.
If a promo is offered, you will see a box on the shopping cart page to enter the promo code in.
You must click the validate button for this item to appear in your shopping cart.
If the promo is an apparel item, you will be prompted to select a size.
Promo items are not automatically added to any orders, nor can they be shipped to you separately.

We follow a Make-to-Order (MTO) manufacturing model—items are only produced once an order is placed. We do not keep pre-made inventory. Typical production time is 3-7 business days.
Depending on the shipping method you selected at checkout. You will see the estimated ship date in your shopping cart page and select the shipping method according to your needs. Delivery time is based on the day the order ships.
Please note: Shipping Options only affects delivery speed—not production time.
- USPS Ground (2-5 business days)
- FedEx Priority Overnight (Delivery the next business day by 10:30 a.m. to most businesses in the contiguous U.S. and by noon to most residences. Monday–Friday. (Saturday with a fee))
- FedEx 1 Business Day Standard Overnight (Delivery the next business day by 5:00 p.m. to U.S. businesses and by 8 p.m. to residences. Monday–Friday. (Saturday with a fee))
- FedEx 2 Business Day Standard (Delivery in 2 business days by 10:30 a.m. to U.S. businesses and by noon to most residences. Monday–Friday. (Saturday with a fee))
- FedEx Ground USA (FedEx standard shipping service delivers throughout all 50 states to all U.S. business addresses. Monday - Friday by end of day. (Saturday with a fee).
- FedEx One Rate Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, PR (Delivery in 2 business days)
Please allow more time for shipping international addresses. Should your order ship international, please allow time for customs clearance. AO Swag does not pay duties and taxes. Shipments to military APO / FPO addresses and U.S. territories and protectorates should arrive in 4 – 6 weeks. Weather related shipping delays are not within the control of AO Swag.

Payment
Please note AO Swag cannot release a pending charge; only your financial institution can remove the hold. Please call your financial institution directly with questions related to pending charges.
