i spent the better part of the yesterday complaining while watching stand-up comedy in my pajamas, as usual. the only thing that i was looking forward to was what i was gonna get later that evening... no, not sex, annalise! just to spend it with peter.

i fucked up. real badly.

i thought all of last night and all of this morning and all of this afternoon about what i did, why i did it, and how much it hurt peter. i don't want him to forgive me and just forget about what i did because that's how things end up worse. i don't want him to take that risk. i care for him too much. some people deserve my lies but he doesn't. i wish i lied a lot so i could blame it on my character but i don't i really don't know why i did it to him. to quote modest mouse, "my thoguhts were so loud i couldn't hear my mouth." and that's the almighty truth. people lie but i did it at the wrong time. i broke his trust and i'd do anyting to get it back. what's the point in wishing to change the past though? i know i know... i just can't help how i feel. he deserves way better than me even though it pains me to say it. another perfectly good friendship in flames... i just wanna play in the ashes.

whee! I'm in lynwood having a pretty good time. so much has gone within the pits of my heart that i dare not cast them upon this site.. but on a completely different note, things are great. my life is being refreshed and i'm loving every minute of it. i see this new year in different lights and i'm so glad. everything will be ok.
