JACK OF ALL TRADES

When it comes to OW, I have a preference for characters of color and humanoids rather than white main characters. If you opt for white characters, please keep physical descriptions to a minimum. Things like emphasizing paleness with purity, comparing their skin to porcelain or focusing on blue veins make me quickly squirmish.

I am a big cyberpunk aficionado! I watched the original Blade Runner and read Philip K. Dick at a formative age; it kind of rewired my brain. While I know cyberpunk is very trendy lately, I am less enthusiastic about the aesthetics than I am about the built-in themes. I am particularly interested in alienation (both as estrangement and externalization), corporatocracies, hyperreality, and societal decay. I do love the aesthetics as well though! I am much more into lo-fi, 70s-80s retrofuturistic cyberpunk aesthetics (Akira, Blade Runner) than current-day aesthetics (Cyberpunk 2077).

For androids, I have a preference for humanoids nearing the uncanny valley, e.g. hubots from Äkta människor, or close to indistinguishable from humans, e.g. Replicants from Blade Runner. I also like more robotic androids, like Ava from Ex Machina or Sonny from I, Robot (I do not recommend watching I, Robot. It's very stupid. I love it because I watched it as a kid and Will Smith was my hero but, again, I do not recommend it.) With much more robotic androids, like C-3PO and Ultron, I am usually less enthused when they're categorized as androids rather than robots. I just prefer having them categorized as robots rather than androids. I'd say Sonny is really in between androids and bots for me. Why? No idea. But, since I also REALLY like robots, please feel free to switch androids to robots!
For smut purposes, I also really, really enjoy androids with no genitals, à la barbie/ken doll. I love it even more when they look really human. A cool, recent example would be Murderbot (link shows a lot of skin but no genitals) from the live action adaptation. If you want them to have something below the belt, I am super in as well :) I don't really favor one set over another when it comes to gender marked ships… Do whatever you prefer!

• Any: Stalker Security Android/Oblivious Bartender Android (OW)

I like ships with a stalker and an oblivious stalkee… combined with androids I find them even crunchier. A security android who is definitely not using their specific skills for something they should, knowing they shouldn't do this, but can't stop themself… Or: they know they shouldn't. They do it anyway.

I went with bartender because I am less interested in conventional stalkee tropes, like a young ingenue. I thought a bartender was tropey enough without going too close to that. I'd be interested in a less-than good android. I know the stalkee can sometimes be very romanticized by the stalker, but I'd be curious to see what happens when it's not the case… Maybe it's what interested the stalker first? Maybe that's exactly what they like about the bartender. Or, maybe, all signs point to the bartender not being good… but the stalker keeps lying to themself.

I have no preferences whether the / is one-sided, pre-relationship or "one-sided" as in "the feelings aren't requited at all, except in the stalker's mind".

Women stalking women… Sign me up. I feel like both ships can have very different vibes or be completely similar. Please don't hesitate to turn up the creepy vibes to the max. I think with the rogue combat android being the stalker, you can go with the usual creepy client routine, and with the pleasure android as the stalker a groupie situation could work as well… but you could also reverse that. Or go with something entirely different.

If it helps, I really enjoy giving women bad guy tropes. I'm talking unsettling stalker dude, creepy voyeur, disgusting panty thief... Tropes that are usually made with Hollywood stereotypes in mind, unfortunately often hand in hand with being fat (which I don't like. I love fat characters. I don't like "being fat" = "being bad"). But also tropes like the handsy guy, the pushy man, the forceful dudebro, etc. I love it when these tropes are used for women!

In any case, I would be super interested in the stalkee having that weird sensation of being watched. As in: something out the corner of their eye, something that is never there when they watch. But they can feel it, and they get an unsettling shiver running up their spine. Yum!

• M/M: Human with a Forced-Feminization Kink/Combat Android (OW)

I've beta'ed a couple of forced-feminization fic for a friend this year, and now I am obsessed with this kink, especially for characters who don't already have what heteronormativity consider feminine traits. When it comes to guys, I am less into force-feminizing twinks but rather bears, hunks, dudebros, men that don't have feminine traits, etc. Considering male combat androids in media tend to often fall into manly man tropes, I think that, hehehehohoho, it would be so interesting to force feminize them.

Please keep the force-feminization non-consensual; I'm cool if the relationship is consensual or not. Make the human as sleazy as you want. I won't lie, I'm just looking for the android to have a bad time :)

Feel free to switch the male combat android to any gender! If you go with fem, maybe the human could have a force-femming kink…

• Any: Combat Android & Monstrous Creature Hunting Them on an Abandoned Space Station

I just love the trope whose name I don't know, but which can be summarized as the game Alien: Isolation. Survival Horror with a creature from outer space! Survival horror in a closed, labyrinthine space! Survival horror in which you can't kill the beast! Woohoohoo!

I think a combat android can be fun because they're skilled in combat as well as survival and stealth… and I won't lie, I'd love throwing them way off their limits. Enter an invincible creature or, at least, one that cannot be killed easily but which can kill them without breaking a sweat… and put them in a closed box. Shake it. See what happens. I'd love for the android to eventually survive but I'm also fine if that's not the case!

This is an & ship, but feel free to switch it to / as long as it remains noncon. I do love consensual monsterfucking but I'm more interested in noncon in this case :)

The movie clearly gives more ammo for TP/Neil than TP/Ives, but I'm interested in both equally. With Neil, I just love the bittersweet simplicity of it all. How Neil obviously loves him very much from the get go, and how TP lets himself be swept up by that man who seems to know more than he should. With Ives, you'll have to build it up more or less from the ground, or at least the small crumbs we get. I like to imagine there's history between Ives and TP as well, and that TP will see past Ives in the future... But I think it could be fun if he also sees future Ives as well, just to fuck up a bit with timelines again. So something different than with Neil, in which each new meeting may be the last. With Ives, he might never truly know.

I am open to combining these ships but not to Ives/Neil on its own or if it becomes the focus. If you want to go for Ives/Neil/The Protagonist, I am in as long as TP is the focus :)

I don't like the Protagonist being named; his lack of name is one of the things I love the most about him, along with his unexpected humor ("How would you like to die?" "Old :)"). I know it can be a difficult task to do in third person, especially for a long work. With visual arts, please feel free to simply block out the name or censor it. I think it can also add a nice touch. For fics, please also consider blocking out the name, maybe somethink like █████, or use first or second person. I'm very interested in unconventional storytelling and narrative formats!

• Victor Fries (Gotham)/Bruce Wayne (DCEU)

Gotham's Fries is a very interesting version of the character since Nora dies before he fully turns into Mr Freeze, making Victor kind of a nihilist man working for the first wallet ready to cash in for his own experiments. Definitely lacking the moral compass Freeze can sometimes have, and the white hair and electric blue eyes suit him well! I usually like BatFreeze but, well, Gotham's Bruce is kid Bruce so it didn't fit for me. At the time, Batfleck was all the rage...And he's also a very different version of Bruce: jaded, not respecting his no kill rule (!!!), and so full of rage his empathy seems to have taken quite the toll. Anyway, where was I. Yes: I like this ship and would be very interested in anything you can come up with :)

However you want to do it, I'm in. If you want to throw one in the other's universe, blend them in or imagine the DCEU as a future for Gotham... I am in. I just like the idea of these two guys interacting, especially since they're what I consider very different from their more regular counterparts, and both lack big tenets of what usually make them who they are, e.g. Nora for Fries and the no-kill rule for Bruce.

If you want to include batkids, please keep it minimal. I am not familiar with any of the more batkid-centric media outside of comics, and I've stopped reading comics around Flashpoint. The Wayne Family Adventures-style Batfamily isn't something I am used to and, at the risk of provoking ire, not something I'm interested in at all. The "newest" run I read post-Flashpoint was the Court of Owls. And I won't lie, I didn't enjoy it much...

Jason seems obviously dead in the DCEU, so I'd prefer if Bruce is in-between robins, and still refusing to have another one. I'd prefer if Bruce's relationship to Dick is strained at best, but please don't vilify either of them. I love them both to death.

If you want to add other ships, be my guest, I'm very cool with that. I'd like batfreeze to be the most prominent. It doesn't have to be the endgoal. In case it's helpful, I like Gotham's nygmobblepot when they're at each other's throats the most, and I dabbled in fries/oswald back in the day. I am also a superbat and batcat shipper. For Selina, if she appears, I'd be prefer her to be black if possible, and not vilified. The only ship I'm not super into but could get convinced on is DCEU batflash. Feel free to ship Bruce with any other member of the DCEU Justice League. Oh! I also like DCEU Diana/Alfred.

• The Protagonist (Tenet)/Bruce Wayne (The Batman 2022)

Listen it started because Pattinson played both Neil and Bats but. Actually TP/Bats would be awesome. Two majorly secretive guys working in the shadows and always working to make the world a better place. I think something could send TP to Gotham, or Bruce just wondering what Tenet is. I'm also very interested in how Bruce is obviously at the beginning of his career while The Protagonist is embracing his new role.

I also ship TP/Neil, TP/Ives and batcat from the movie. Feel free to add them in or entirely ignore them! If you want to play with the fact that Neil and Bruce look Very Similar to each other or completely ignore it, feel free as well. I'd rather not have Selina vilified if she appears.

I've watched The Penguin so feel free to use/ignore anything in it :) I really enjoyed it, even though Gotham felt like another person from the one in the movie for me. Sofia and Vic were my favorite characters from the show. I really enjoyed seeing Theo Rossi as Julian Rush in it as well!

If you do want to throw Battinson at Dick and have this wet cat scoop him up, please be my guest! My toyota corrolences to Alfred though lol

• Inej Ghafa (Shadow and Bone TV)/Xenk Yendar (Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves)

This ship came to me in a dream lol I love them both to death. They've been very precious blorbos of mine for the past two years. I think they could have a wonderful relationship. I'd be interested in a fusion, one thrown in the other's universe or, honestly, even another setting (you can see my list of general likes for settings if you want.)

I'm open to any interpretation of them you can come up with. The truth is I have thought about them a lot but it's mostly mini scenes, and I'm not sure how to quite put them into words. So I am very, very open to any interpretation! I've read the SoC duology so you can use things from it, but please stick to the TV verse when it comes to Inej; I'd prefer her to be older and I really like Amita Suman :)

For other ships, I like Edgin & Holga, Doric/Simon, Inej & Jesper. I'd prefer Kaz & Inej and Edgin & Xenk to remain platonic for this please.

• Moiraine Damodred (The Wheel of Time TV)/Xenk Yendar (Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves)

What if Xenk was Moiraine's Warder? I think he would make a magnificent one. And, while I prefer Moiraine and Lan as platonic partners, I'd love to see it turn romantic with Xenk! Of course, that's where my mind went first but it's not only what I think could be fun. I'd be super interested in Xenk remaining a Paladin, and Moiraine being in Faerûn... or maybe some kind of fusion of sorts!

I just really love how complementary they could be and also how driven they are. They can both be rigid but in different ways, and I'd love to see how each other's personality would influence the other, especially on the long term.

Please stick to the Wheel of Time tv-verse; I haven't read the books yet but plan to in the future. I am very open to Moiraine/Siuan, and would be happy if you want to include them as long as neither Xenk nor Siuan sees the other as a rival or, if it's a V-shaped triangle relationship, that this has them both competing or being jealous. In short, I opt in to "Moiraine/Xenk + Moiraine/Siuan + Xenk & Siuan" or "Xenk/Moiraine/Siuan".

When it comes to Lan, I'm open to him being here as long as there's no competition or rivalry between him and Xenk. I also opt-in to "Moiraine/Xenk/Lan" and "Moiraine & Lan + Moiraine/Xenk + Xenk/Lan". If you want to make Xenk Moiraine's Warder, I'm fine with her having both Xenk and Lan, Xenk replacing Lan in your story, or Lan being someone else's Warder (potentially Nynaeve!). For other relationships, I like Edgin & Holga, Doric/Simon, Lan/Nynaeve, Nynaeve/Egwene, Egwene/Rand, Nynaeve/Loial, Perrin/Loial, and (Rand/)Perrin/Matt.

• Dr. Gurathin/Dr. Ratthi

I'm a big guratthi shipper. I just think they'd be wonderful together. And I know MB's reaction to that would be hilarious, which is a huge bonus :)

For the books: I have no idea what the tmdb fandom is like. I have no idea if there's a consensus on what Gura and Ratthi look like. If you use fanon, assume I have no idea it exists and please hold my hand. Although, just in case they are usually depicted as white, please consider making neither of them white. Thank you :)

For TV canon: I love Dastmalchian. Coincidentally, I learned recently that the movie I discovered him in (TDKR) was his first! His role in it was minor but really made an impression on me. I really love what he did with Gurathin for the show, and I appreciate all the new background we have for him. For Ratthi, I won't lie: I've been so used to imagine Ramamurthy that I wasn't sure I'd like Khanna as much, but I really did. TV!Ratthi isn't quite how I imagined Book!Ratthi but I was very charmed and I love him!

I do see TV!Ratthi and Book!Ratthi as different characters, just like I do with MB and Pin-Lee, if it makes sense... The variants are very distinct in my mind, lol. But please feel free to mix and match media as much as you want, or to stick to one canon or the other. If you want to stick to the show/the books, I'm cool with that. And if you want to diverge post-S1 without following the books or diverge at any point in the book timeline, I'm game too! I'm also game for missing scenes, or simply what happens between them when MB is doing its own stuff.

For other side characters besides MB, my all-time favorites are ART and Mensah. I prefer if their respective relationships with MB remain platonic (or whatever is going in the books tbh).
