I have a CONTACT field in a SharePoint list that uses the People field type.

When I try to filter on that field, only some of the people values are included in the filter pane. I would need to scroll to the bottom of the table/list first in order to load all the people into the filter list. This confuses users because they don't understand why a person's name is missing from the filter list.

Is there a way to load all values into the filter list by default?
