This community is a information and support group for those looking to live active and healthy, as well as find motivation for their health and fitness goals. Are you looking for an exercise for a specific muscle group? Are you in the market for a new heart rate monitor; home work out DVD; vitamin and/or supplement; shoes? Some of us have been on a weight loss journey for months, while some of us are in the process of beginning.
