I am at home with the love of my life listening to reggae and studying for my last final of the semester while he is wrapping up his semesters work. Tomorrow night we will be free for a short little while. We really want to hang out and see as many of you lovelies as we can. We can be up in atlanta tomorrow (thursday) night. I will be up there Saturday for a Yule ritual at 5pm and then Lia's birthday bash that evening. Ben can be up there until saturday morning and then he has to head down to disgusta for a family x-mas party. So let us know if you want us to drop by or meet us out somewhere. Just keep in mind that we are flat broke so anything we do would have to be cheap.But that's ok., It's not what we do, it's who we are with that matters to us.
We got back in town late Sunday night, though Ben was gone again from Monday through Wed. We are working on doing two weeks worth of stuff to the house and yard in just a few days. Ben will also be back in Augusta Sat. So needless to say any plans of escape we had for this weekend are tanked, but that is life.
Ben is doing okay and starting to work through some stuff with his dad's passing. I appreciate all the kind words everyone sent out and I let him know that each of you where thinking of him and sending him some love. He wanted me to tell everyone thank you and that you guys are wonderful.
Other news, we have a room-mate living with us, Shaylin. She is very sweet and in an incoming freshmen to Vet school. I think this will be a great room-mate match.
I'm doing okay and missing you all. I will let you know here where we will be when we get out, so maybe we can see some of you. We are planning a vampire party for Ben's B-day, we just need to figure out logistics.
I have a lot of updates I will probably never get around to; Like telling you all how awesome this transformus was, how much I loved my birthday and b-day party this year, and all about the wonderful people that continue to touch my life and make it wonderful. You know all these things I should be sharing on here. But of course I only have time to jump on and say that for those whom I have not seen, I miss you, life is good if not full of challenges, and that I am still here if not physically present in Athens, GA.
If you know me, you know I am not the shutterbug that my friends are. This is why I am blessed to have such friends. But I can no longer ignore the cry for pictures of our Great Dane so I finally uploaded the very few I could find. I know we have more and if I can't find them, I still intend to take more recent pictures. You won't believe how much he has changed!
