Shep request!

I'd really love a Sheppard!Whump story. The initial mission can be up to you, but I'd love some kind of injury, preferably an open one and to a limb. Whatever created the injury infuses him with some sort of a poison (what it does can be up to you as well, or ask me~), but I'd love him to have to get a spinal tap or a similar sort of painful, invasive procedure he needs to stay awake for. If he has to end up being stunned, or even better, held down so they can complete it, I'd love you forever.
The follow-up healing process should involve lots of team help and friendship and all that good stuff. Little to no romance, please. Thank you! :D

Plot idea: I saw this quote: 'A child can ask questions that a wise man cannot answer' (author unknown) and thought it would make a great Rodney fic. Interpret as you wish, though it would be great to have a child's question totally flummox and/or fluster Rodney!

Inquisition done right

Hi,

So, what I would like to read is a story in which Sheppard et al are captured by the Coalition who take it upon themselves to try Sheppard (since he took all responsibility and the coalition is happy to grant him that - they're whumpers, you know) for everything that has gone wrong in the Pegasus galaxy since his arrival. They'd like a confession, of course, but Sheppard isn't cooperating. Meanwhile, back on the ranch, the IOA has decreed that Sheppard must face trial for the good of the alliance and will not listen to the very real concerns Woolsey has regarding Sheppard's treatment. Teyla steps in and puts out word amongst the Pegasus galaxy as to what is happening and Pegasusians, Pegasians? start coming out of the woodwork and camp out in front of the place where the trial is to be held. People start testifying about what Sheppard has done for the galaxy rather than to the galaxy. Teyla kicks it off by noting that Sheppard was the first human in living memory to take the fight to the wraith when he rescued her and her people. Someone points out that the wraith would have awoken on their own anyway even if Sheppard had not killed the Keeper once she found out about earth from Sumner. Ronon testifies that the Wraith destroyed worlds before the Tau'ri came and notes that Sheppard single-handedly took out two hives on his own (with the help of a dart), and that his team took out a breeding facility.  Rodney talks about what Sheppard has done for individuals in making them more than ever they thought they could be and how that has helped in the fight against the wraith. Then go down the series and see who would defend Sheppard and why.   Todd?  Talking about the potential for there to no longer be a need for wraith for feed off humans? And why Sheppard has made that prospect thinkable to wraith.  Wouldn't hurt if Sheppard had no idea any of this was going on, of course, at least at first.

Basically, I don't want Woolsey defending the Tau'ri and Sheppard; I want those whose lives they have touched to do it. Use of fan fiction is encouraged.

Good old fashioned whumpin'

Plot idea: Just good old fashioned Shep-whump. Illness, injury, poisoning, alien possession - whatever strikes your fancy.
Genre: angst, hurt/comfort, friendship (AU if you want).
Don't want: gut wounds, heavy humor, John portrayed as foolish/idiotic, anyone else whumped worse than Sheppard, quick-fix endings, concussions, thigh-wounds, m-preg
Definitely want: For the author to have some fun with the whumping. For example, if Sheppard gets shot/stabbed, maybe he ends up infected with some weird alien bacteria that does strange things to him, physically and/or mentally. Go nuts with the whump!
