OMG THIS IS BRILLIANT
OK, so there's this lovegodsway.org, not so brilliant. BUT they have these lists of 'gay bands' and 'safe bands' on there, which make for rather entertaining reading.

Metallica? Jay-Z? Motorhead?? What the fresh shiny hell?
Possibly more amusing is the list of 'safe bands'...

Ahh, the Dresden Dolls, that famously heterosexual band! And Cyndi Lauper! She didn't have a bunch of drag queens in one of her videos at all! And her songs are definitely not performed or played at Pride events, nuh-uh.
Dear friends, I have a plan. Email the people and submit as 'safe bands' the most wonderfully, subversively gay bands you can. Franz fans, you are in a particularly good position here. Hopefully we will get loads of parents letting their kids listen to delightfully gay music whilst thinking that they are doing the opposite.

Happy news for the day: my birthday is three weeks today! Come 20th Feburary folks, I shall be 18 :DDD
Sad news for the day: my favourite film teacher is ill and so today's lesson is cancelled. Boooo. Tim Early (who is always late, lolz) is fab.
Slightly annoying news: I have to tidy my room and do work but urgh. And I have to pay rent AND buy a playstation and games off someone AND buy food AND buy Faithy's birthday present AND organise my party, pehh.
More happytastic news for the day: baptism class tonight, whee.

News!
I went to Pride in Brighton on Saturday. It was AMAZING. There were some very good drag queens and some lovely ladies in can-can outfits doing sexy dancing to Goldfrapp. And Barbara Windsor turned up! (as the theme was 'Carry On') I sang Somewhere Over The Rainbow about 38472578275 times though. And I Am What I Am.

I'm just letting you know that I'm alright, I've moved out of my dad's (long unpleasant story) and am currently in temporary accomodation, a pretty nice hotel by the seafront. I'm seeing the housing people on Monday to sort out more permanent living arrangements. I need to sort out crisis loans and food and stuff, but I'm managing!
I miss you guys :(

Hats, because I love hats so much omh. I even use 'oh my hat' as an exclaimation, as in the previous sentence.
Hello, because it reminds me of a particularly great QI episode.
Hosanna, because to me it just evokes how happy my faith makes me.
Harry Hill, (he's a comedian, US people) because he makes me laugh A LOT.
Harry Potter (the books not the character), because even though they aren't especially great literature, the books really do keep me so entertained. Especially when the films have some spectacularly good-looking men in them.
Hiccups, because they always make me giggle for some reason.
Hose - fun to play with, and you can make so many dodgy jokes it's almost too much fun.
Hot men (I know it's two, shhh) - do I really need a reason for this one?
Horse, because horsies are pretty, if a little scary and threatening and huge.
Hortense, because I'm having such fun making her the evil woman in my silly Mills & Boon story.
