| for the time being i'm only going to be posting icons since this community is still little. this is a community where i choose 10 random pictures (or more if members request for it) and then cut+crop them into 100x100 icon size. then what happens is artists then create/decorate them into 'icons'. simple. if the community goes all well, i'm willing to host icon battles. so spread the word :] |

| + you obviously need to join to watch the contests and matches. + anyone can join. whether you are here to participate or to watch. + please respect all members. by all means no member bashing. constructive critism is a - ok-ay but watch that big, fat, thick, white line. + when a member posts icons, make sure you credit them if you decide to take them. but if the member says no jocking, it means NO. + DO NOT REQUEST unless someone is taking requests. + if i see a dedicated member(s), i'll promote them to moderate this community with me. but beware, i'm very blind :] |

| things you need to remember/consider when posting. along with what you can post and can't. - MEMBERS; WHEN POSTING MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THEM ON 'FRIENDS' (security: friends) - you are only allowed to post icons. - you may post tutorials, take requests, request for an icon battle (but you need to confirm it with me first because i shall be the host of it) and post icons; but when doing so make sure you post at least 15 icons in one post. i really don't see the use of someone posting 5 icons and thats it. - i'm not racist or making you post asian-wise icons. but when it comes to MY contests, then it is most likely. i just like to nail down the categories so people don't get lost or confused on what to post. - you should read more on what happens when my contests are held and how they work. |

| & what happens is i will post a contest per fortnight (once every two weeks). & i will post an update with provided pictures/details and etc. & you may reply to comment or question the pictures/details provided. & then i will post another update. & ONLY reply in ^that udpate if you are entering so i know. & i will then give you a week (no delays) to create plain icons into designed icons - art - or whatever you like to call them. & from there another update will be made with a list of participants. & AND from there, time passes and i will post another update asking for participants to post their icons. i will update my entry so when members decide to come in to see, they see your work first thing. & still lost? ok. so basically how it works is... week one - posting up pictures/details. " " - time is up for sign up. sign up closes when i post an update with a list full of participants. week two - time to create icons. week three - time to post what you've created. a few days later (maximum two to three days) - and the winner is ... *dun dun dun* |
