Favorite Buffy moment or episode from Season 1-4?

For me, my favorite moment was the award scene in "The Prom", I shed a manly tear or two. The sword fight scene in "Becoming Part Two" had me "FUCK YEAH"-ing. I'm a sucker for those moments, I'm sure there's a TV trope word for them, but you know scenes like this?

Angelus: That's everything. No weapons, no friends, no hope. Take all that away, and what's left?
Angelus swings down the sword. Buffy catches it WITH BARE HANDS.

Buffy: Me.

Willow's speech to Faith is my favorite Willow moment.
