Sir Sylvan (Forest vibes, ie. Time vibes...)

Sir Ector (based on King Arthurs adopted father/ knights of the round table)

Sir Gawain (more obvious knights of the Round Table, courteous knight vibes)

Sir Robin (robin hood? also funny bc of my other hyperfixation of dc comics)

Sir Silas (another medieval forest name)

Sir Gerold (means spear, might make him a spear guy...)

Sir Orvyn (more spear vibes, also weird enough to feel like a fantasy name)

Introducing the Thundra Sage of Shadow, a blind Sheikah warrior who trains her fellow warriors in a shroud of darkness, the origin of the curse upon Thyphlo. She excels at stealth and taking advantage of their reliance on sight/light. Her power helps expel the darkness from the master sword from the calamity's corruption. Despite being the antithesis to Zelda's power over light, they get along well and the sage of shadow even granted the princess the blessing of True Sight, with a tattoo of the sheikah eye over her right eye, allowing her to see the true secrets of the world, a permanent lens/mask of truth.

How did Zelda's mother die?

Taken by illness (implied to be kind of sickly?)

Taken by Gloom sickness while exploring beneath the castle for sheikah relics

Assassinated by the yiga clan (who go on to try to kill Zelda and Link)

Weakened after passing her power to Zelda (no magic moms allowed)

Poisoned by a follower of Ganon (the vaguely evil chancellor who ate Evil cake?)

Involved in an accident involving the guardians/sheikah tech (covered up?)

Killed while protecting Zelda (which she doesn't remember due to age and trauma)

Smth about how the spirit of Hylia has to pass from mother to daughter...

Relied on being the host of the Triforce to stay alive, until Zelda needed it

was involved in a high-speed carriage collision & had no phone to call 911
