I feel like the weaker element of this is Audrey - the push from "bewildered, terrified mother" to "desperate killer just trying to survive" last issue felt natural, but pushing her even further to "screaming blood-drenched berserker" happened so quickly it's jarring.

If we'd seen more moments of her doing actively violent and/or cruel things, that "YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I'VE DONE" line might hit differently. But as it is, she's mostly just helplessly reacted to whatever situation's been presented.
