Well, since most of you are on my f-list, I feel silly posting again, but whatever.

1) As most of you know, I did set down fliers in the theatre on Tuesday. Too bad I was too chicken to bug strangers and hand them out, though. Think my prof would like one? hehe

2) Think the end of this means the KA movie was once possibly historically accurate? (end being the end of the Gladiator article, not the end of the page) This is, of course, relevant, because it may have meant that Bors would not have been mutilated... and consequently, we would not have this community! But honestly, much as this community amuses me, I'd prefer to not have a mutilated Bors. :-P

I had my first day in 'Children's Lit' today and the class had just finished talking about King Arthur. The professor asked if anyone had seen the new film and I flinched so noticably that she said: "Oh, you did? And what did you think?" For a moment I thought she couldn't mean me but after a time I admitted that I hadn't seen it but I had heard of the wretched thing. *twitch* And seen the pictures...

At break time she returned and some people nearby began rejoicing that Lancelot dies in the film and the prof and them began to banter about this, and there was a lot of head shaking- and then I piped in about Sir. Bors!

...so I got to mention Sir Bors and stand up for his honour! *stands tall* Huzzah! And now I have shared this with all of you. ;-)

The Truth About Sir Bors. It's a flier. Print it out. Hand it out or leave it in a stack at your local movie theatre... or even just hand it out to your friends/co-workers/classmates. SPREAD THE TRUTH ABOUT BORS!!! :-D

It's all in black and white, and it's one sided (if you wish to add something to the other side and fold it up like a pamphlet, feel free, but I tried to make it as multi-purpose as possible), so it should be fairly easy for anyone to print. Oh, and it's a Word document. It's supposed to fit on one page. If it doesn't, then feel free to fiddle with it. If it's not working at all, let me know, and I'll see what can be done.

And there should be a comm icon uploaded soon, as soon as I can get it animated!

1) Stand outside in the movie theatre lobby holding a cup and a sign that says, "Please donate to the Saving Sir Bors fund." Think they'd donate?

OR

2) Stand outside in the movie theatre lobby with a sign that says, "LANCELOT IS DEAD!" and attempt to deter people from seeing the movie. We could even have pamphlets that explain the Truth about Sir Bors and refer them to Malory! :-D

Actually, we could have the pamphlets in the first idea too. ;-)

Think we'd get kicked out?
