If you do not accept these Terms, do not use this Site. You agree that by using the Site and the Services you are at least 18 years of age and you are legally able to enter into a contract.

This Site and the services offered on this Site are owned and operated by Blake Snyder Enterprises, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Save the Cat! and the tools offered through this Site (including any subscription services available via checkout) are part of the Company’s offerings. You should revisit this page periodically, as we may update these Terms at any time and without prior notice by posting the updated Terms here. Any changes will be effective upon posting, and your continued use of the Site or Service after posting means you accept those changes.
2. Site Security Prohibited Use
You are prohibited from violating, or attempting to violate, the security of this Site or Service. Violations may result in criminal and/or civil penalties. We will investigate any suspected violations and may cooperate with law enforcement.
You also agree not to:

4. Subscription Services and Billing
4.1. Subscription Terms
The Company offers certain products and tools on a subscription basis (e.g., quarterly and annual subscriptions for software and related services).
4.2. Automatic Renewal & Payment Authorization
By purchasing a subscription, you expressly authorize the Company to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fees (and applicable taxes) at the beginning of each billing period without further authorization from you.
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the then-current rate until you cancel.
4.3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future renewal charges. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the subscription through the end of your current paid term.
4.4. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase of an initial subscription term. If you cancel within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund of the initial subscription fee. Refunds apply only to the initial term and are issued to the original payment method. After 30 days, all payments are nonrefundable.
Note: State law (including California’s Automatic Renewal Law) may require additional notices or disclosures for some consumers.
5. Intellectual Property and Trademarks
All content, courses, course materials, design elements, graphics, logos, and software (collectively, “Content”) on this Site are proprietary to Blake Snyder Enterprises, LLC or its content providers and are protected by U.S. and international law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Trademarks and trade names displayed are the Company’s exclusive property or used under license. Use without written permission is prohibited.
6. Third-Party Content and Links
The Site may contain third-party content and links. The Company is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of these external sites or content.
7. Jurisdictional Issues
This Site is controlled and operated from California. Accessing the Site from other jurisdictions may subject you to local laws.
