I can't sleep!!
I hate Dell.
I will NOT buy another DELL computer ever ever again!!!
I spent 3.5 hours twice a few days ago talking to someone who I could not understand, talking to someone who told me that the new LCD flat screen monitor that was sent to me by Dell was working properly. But it was not working properly even after all her restarts in safe mode etc.
I told this service technician that I could not see my digital photographs on my new monitor, period, and that my old so-called broken monitor displayed all my graphics perfectly though it cuts off intermittently, which is very frustrating. I am keeping my old monitor and sending that new non functioning monitor back to DELL ASAP! I will call them Monday and tell them to send me another monitor ASAP complete with warranty.
