Radio station plays Hanson prank Writer: Kate Kiefer Paste Magazine Last month, Chicago alt-rock station WKQX (Q101) played a song called “The Great Divide” by “a mystery artist.” It quickly became one of the station’s most requested songs and was put in heavy rotation. A DJ announced three weeks later that the band in question was Hanson.
The moral of the story? For some reason, Hanson got a bad rap after “MMMBop,” but it’s actually a great band.
The other moral of the story? Pranks are FUN.

My Dad just decided to take my childhood to the thrift store. So I had to go jump on a bag of memories. Literally. I layed on a garbage bag of books that I loved as a kid as he tried to pull it out from underneath me, lmfao. I got what I wanted out of it, so it's all good. Like I said to him, I don't care if you get rid of stuff, as long as I look through it before he does so I know what he's getting rid of. Afterall, they're my memories, not his. Now I'm worried about what he got rid of in the past without me knowing.... :o\
