Safta, my crazy Jewish grandma, has been in the hospital since Thursday. She's been up and down, all around, good to bad to okay and back. But she may not survive this one.

Please keep her in your thoughts, prayers, good feelings, whatever. She was a wonderful and brilliant woman who lived a full life, and whatever the outcome is I just want her to be at peace.
